1、 Product Description:
1. The buried stray terminal is composed of a terminal and a round steel welded by exothermic welding, and the supplied component is a whole device. The surface of the copper terminal and bolt holes of the overall device should have nylon or plastic bolt protection measures to prevent other impurities from entering the copper terminal surface or bolt holes during civil construction, which may affect its conductivity and connection.
2. The surface of the buried terminal should be flush with the structural wall, and corresponding measures should be taken during construction to prevent the surface of the incoming stray terminal from sinking into the concrete. The length of the round steel or other materials welded to the lower part of the copper terminal shall be adjusted according to the actual situation of the track structure, but shall not be less than 5 times the diameter of the double-sided welded steel bars.
3. The copper content of the terminal shall not be less than 98%. The copper terminal is manufactured by forging process, and the resistance value at the connection between the copper terminal and the round steel shall be less than 30 μ Ω. The welding joint area between the copper terminal and the lower material shall not be less than 800m 2
4. Use a micro resistance tester to randomly check the resistance value at the welding point when leaving the factory.
2、 Product Features
1. The buried stray current measurement and protection terminal is wrapped in concrete on the track bed, which can effectively prevent theft during the construction process.
2. The copper steel transition welding is directly completed by the manufacturer and delivered to the construction site as a finished product. The copper steel transition welding can be inspected through intuitive judgment and testing equipment to ensure electrical reliability. At the same time, due to the fact that only the steel mesh and the steel bar heads on the stray current terminals need to be welded on site, the construction difficulty is reduced and the construction progress is improved.
3. Replacing copper bars with buried stray terminals can effectively reduce the amount of copper used and lower the cost of engineering materials.
4. The buried stray terminal is pre embedded in the concrete pouring process of the track bed. In order to avoid cement burying or lowering the copper terminal below the copper terminal, higher requirements are put forward for the construction technology of the stray current collection network.
