Lightning suppression device (5-pin)
1、 Requirements for material and main performance parameters of lightning suppression device:
1. Composed of 5 semiconductor lightning rods;
2. Adopting fan-shaped, radiating, or parallel arrangements;
3. The length of each semiconductor lightning suppression needle is 2.5 meters, and there should be four 30cm long metal tips at the top of each needle;
4. The semiconductor resistance of each lightning rod should be 35K Ω± 10%;
5. Each lightning rod should be able to withstand three voltage surges of 1100KV or above;
6. The impulse discharge voltage between the top of two adjacent lightning rods should be 900kv-1000kv;
7. Strong wind resistance, capable of withstanding wind speeds of up to 50m/s;
8. Service life greater than 20 years
3、 Requirements for base and connectors:
1. The base and connectors must be matched with a 5-pin semiconductor lightning suppression device with fewer long pins
2. The size of the base flange of the 5-pin semiconductor lightning suppression device is 450mm * 450mm, and the weight is 51 ± 1kg.
3. The semiconductor needle body of the lightning suppression device shall not be coated with any preservatives or other corrosive substances. The base, nuts, bolts and other metal parts can be coated with conventional rust inhibitors to prevent metal parts from rusting.
4. During the lifting process, the base of the lightning suppression device and the needle body must not collide with the tower body. The needle body should not be bumped during installation to avoid damaging the surface coating of the needle body.
